IBMA is inviting all members to take the opportunity to shape IBMA’s strategy by participating in this survey.
The purpose of this survey is to review the IBMA strategy that was set in 2019. The information collected is highly confidential and shared only internally. It will be used as input in the IBMA Council Strategy Day on 1st December 2022. Please could you provide your answers directly on the form (link to the survey) and submit by 25 November EOB. Answers will be collated by the IBMA Secretariat.
The current IBMA strategic plan was launched in 2019 at the AGM to cover the period 2020-2025. The Strategic Plan is available here. We are now at the mid-term of this strategy and would like to review progress. Your input and thoughts on the strategy and next steps for IBMA are extremely valued.
The survey is short, multiple choice, and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. The Council will share the output from the strategy discussions with members following their meeting.
We will accept more than one answer per company but where there are multiple answers from a company, we will take an average of all the answers from any one company to ensure we are fair to our principle of “one member one vote.” So please do share this email with your colleagues.
