Annual Assembly – 13 May 2025

Our Annual Assembly will take place both in person in Brussels (Press Club Brussels) and online via Zoom on Tuesday 13th May from 10:00-13:00CET. Thank you to those who have already registered to attend. 

If you would still like to attend (either online or in person) and have not already registered please do via this form. 

Meeting information and Zoom links will only be sent to those who have registered.

• For members who are eligible to vote you will receive the voting information on Monday 12th May.  
• Proxy voting is possible – please let me know if you have any queries regarding this.
